Mangalore : The body of  six year old Fathima Nishana who along with her sister was pushed  into the Netravathi River by their mother before she plunged into the river near Thokkottu on June 19, Wednesday, has been found  near Kotepura late night on June 20, Thursday.

It has been handed over to the family after a post mortem at Wenlock. Local divers and five policemen found the body after an intense search.

The bodies of Mumtaz and  Khatija Naifa were retrieved the same day of the suicide.

It is learnt, the deceased Mumtaz has three more children.
