Kundapur:  A movie’ Chikku’ which has already been made in Tulu and Kodava languages and is slated to be released in December, will also come up in Kundapura or Kundagannada language spoken by few people in Udupi, Kundapura region.

The film is based on Vaidehi’s novel ‘Avalambitaru’ delves on the travails of the middle-class woman.

Raj Ballal is the Director of this movie who is confident that the movie would be admired in Kundakannada.

The film cast Lakshmi Hegde, MD Pallavi and Ayesha Hegde,  Venkatesh, Associate producer, Appanna Hegde, former MLC were also present at a press meet held at Kundapur.
