Mangalore : MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, on July 5, Friday visited the Patrika Bhavan where a Caricature show is being held on behalf of Press Club. Being the concluding day today, the MP had a look at the caricatures and appreciated them.

“Cartoonists can give a good whipping to the politicians through their line works, he said adding cartoons will also help in  correcting the society.

PB Harish Rai, President of DK District Working Journalists’ Association, cartoonists Harini, Jeevan Shetty, entrepreneur Rajgopal Rai and others were present.

Over 80 cartoons of 29 cartoonists from the coastal district were on display as part of the exhibition.
