Mangalore: As part of BJP’s ‘Bharata Gellisi’ programme, on February 18 at Nehru Maidan, Mangalore South unit of the BJP Yuva Morcha organised `Modi Ratha Yatra’ in front of district office of BJP in Mangalore on Wednesday, February 12.

MP, Nalin Kumar Kateel, was flagged off `Modi Ratha Yatra’ and  said, everyone are talking about Narendra Modi, that it is the dream of the country that Modi should become Prime minister of India.

The time has come to ignore Congress. Congress has totally failed to put off corruption, terrorism, naxalisim and to protect the country, he added.

The Ratha Yatra will pass through Mangalore city and it will bring to a close on February 18 at Neharu Maidan in the evenings of public rally.

MLC Capt Ganesh Karnik, S. Yogish Bhat, former MLA, Nagaraj Shetty, BJP leader, Ravishankar Mijar, president, Mangalore South assembly constituency, Vedha Vyasa Kamath, Sudhir Shetty, Brijesh Chowta, Sandeep Shetty, Vivek Puttur, Kumar Alva and others were present.
