Udupi: Udupi Chikkamagaluru Lok Sabha MP Shobha Karandlaje appointed as an official parliamentary observer in the UK parliamentary elections scheduled to be held on June 8, 2017.

MP will work as an observer in UK from June 3 to June 10, 2017 and is expected to depart from UK on the last day of her assignment.

Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan selected the name of Shobha Karandlaje as an official election observer in UK under UK Election Assignment Mission.
