Mangalore :  A new Kannada movie “Chella Pilli” featuring several prominent Kannada as well as the Tulu  theatre personalities,  is in the making. The muhurtham of the film  was performed at the Shree Somanatha Temple, Someshwar on September 23, Sunday.  Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP, inaugurated the  programme. Rohan Monteiro,  Proprietor of  Property Infratech, gave the muhurtham clap.

Among others present on the occasion are Sudesh Bhandary, producer of the film, lead pair Aishwarya Nag and  Vijaya Raghavendra, director  Saikrishna  and  Dr Sudharam Rai. The movie will be shot in Chikamagalur, Mysore and Mangalore. The film will be brought out under the banner of Shine City Productions.

The film cast includes popular Tulu theatre personalities like Aravind Bolar, Naveen D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor,  Sathish Bandsale, Thimmappa Kulal, Sundar Rai Mandara, Jayaram Acharya, Santhosh Shetty and Ashok Shetty.
