Mangalore: No break through has been possible by the investigating police teams in the brutal murder case of Panjimogaru, in which a married woman and her daughter were killed, but in kuloor local residents protested against police atrocities on two innocent Hindu Dalit youths, while the dead were of Muslim family. The youths were so tortured that they could not do day-to-day work and depended on others, Sadashiv Karkera, related to one of the two boys(Sanu) stated on Tuesday.
CPC  seemanth Kumar Singh stated that the case was rather Complex and had to be seen from many “angles”. Though some persons are held in Suspicion, evidence was lacking to arrest them. About Dalit boys, Sanu and Sunil tortured by kuloor police to falsely accept guilt, CPC said that DCP and ACP were dealing with the case and if allegation is true offending policemen would be dealt with by disciplinary proceedings.
