Sullia : A situation of tense prevailed at Olalambe village, as the brutal attack of elderly couple came to light.

The deceased couple are identified as Hariraj Bhat(65) and his wife Sulochana Bhat(55).

It is learnt that, the body of Hariraj Bhat was found hung to the ceiling, while the body of his wife lying in the pool of blood, arousing the suspicion of murder or suicide.

Couple’s only son working abroad, suspects that his parents have been killed by some miscreants for their wealth or it may be that Hariraj might have killed his wife and hung himself.

Sniffer dogs were pressed into action.

Sullia police have registered a case and investigation is on.
