Kundapur : Pramod Mutalik, Sri Rama Sena founder has said that the Indian constitution has no provision to set up a separate university for the minorities.
Speaking to reporters here, he said Union Minister Rahman Khan should apologise for his statement on the university.
He also stated that the Sri Rama Sene would not allow setting up of the university under any circumstances. He also expressed the fear that permitting the university may create more problems for the nation.
