Mangalore: Nagrapanchmi, a festival connected with Snake worship, would be celebrated at Kudupu Sri Ananth Padmanabha Swamy Temple, a famous religious Centre for Snake worship in South India. At 6 AM down on Thursday on August 4, worships start at the Snake forest (Nagabana) by offering water, milk tender coco water, panchamritam (honey curds) in a pouring ceremony over Snake images there, and then, a Naga Thambila(feeding) worship will take place.
Several other services to Deity with a special Puja, will be conducted, and a public feast will be also arranged at moon on Thrusday, says a press release from Temple CEO on Tuesday.
