Mangaluru: One more bail application has been filed by prime accused of RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder, Naresh Shenoy in the High Court.

Hearing of the bail application was scheduled on Thursday. Single judge bench which was presided over B Srinivas Gowda postponed the hearing to Friday.

On March 21, RTI activist Vinayak Baliga was murdered in Mangaluru city. Naresh Shenoy was missing since then. In the last week of June he was arrested by the police and his last bail plea was rejected in lower court on August 9.
