Mangalore : A National seminar  on “Effective partnerships between commercial banks and micro finance institutions” was organised at Besant First Grade Evening College  on September 12, Thursday.   Karthikeyan VS, General Manager of Corporation Bank inaugurated the seminar.

In his address he spoke on the importance of micro finance. He also urged students to be clear in their goals in life.

The key note address was delivered by Dr.Krishna Reddy from Apex body of Micro Finance Sector. Dr Carmelita Goveas, Principal,  Nagar Narayan Shenoy, Correspondent of the institution, Kudpi Jagadish Shenoy, President of Women’s National Education Society and several were on the dais.
