Mangalore: The 18 Karnataka battalion, Pandeshwar in collaboration with NCC Cadets of Canara High Main and Canara High School Urwa organized a rally as a part of No Tobacco Day on May 31, Tuesday.
Prior the rally, the drawing competition was held for the NCC cadets on the theme ‘Tobacco Kills’.  Around 50 NCC cadets of two schools participated in the rally to create awareness on the use of held from Canara High School Main to Mangalore City Corporation via PVS Circle.
The officials like Madan Singh, Vijay Singh and Monappa G from 18 Karnataka battalion, Pandeshwar guided the cadets in the rally. The rally was held under the Canara School Main NCC incharge Ramanand K V.
