Mangalore: The vacant post of Mangalore City Corporation(MCC) Commissioner, after Dr.K.N.Vijaya Prakash was sent to DK Zilla Panchayath office as its chief Executive(CEO) and had additional charge in MCC has been filled up by the appointment of Dr.K.Harish Kumar as the new MCC Commissioner on Sept.17, Saturday here. Dr.Prakash will be DK-ZP-CEO only.

K.A.Dayananda is the new additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) in the vacancy after Prabhakar Sharma was sent to as ADC. But again, Sharma has been shifted to Mysore now, as Registrar of  open university there and Kumar(earlier Assistant Commissioner In Kundapur, Indi in Bijapur and Tumkur) is shifted to Udupi as ADC as on Monday(Sept.19). Both Sharma and Kumar are on promotion.

J.R.Lobo, Litherto Principal of DK District training centre, is replaced by MCC Jt. Commissioner, Vijay Kumar Shenoy as the new Principal. Lobo becomes member-secretary of the Pilikula Regional Science Centre, as on Monday, Sept.19.
