Udupi : A 75-year-old newspaper distributor Ashok Kodancha was killed after his two-wheeler collided with a bike at Gujjadi, near Gangolli on Wednesday, January 13.

Another person on the bike, Sahil suffered injuries in the accident.

It is said, both are immediatly shifted in a ambulance to Hospital, but Ashok breathed his last in the way.

The deceased, Ashok has been working as a newspaper distributor for 10 years and was director of the Kalpataru Multipurpose Cooperative Society in Gujjadi for over 25 years.

He is survived by wife, son and a daughter.
