City commissioner N. Shashi Kumar has clarified on viral message regarding a planned protest rally to condemn the violence over Prophet remarks.

According to the viral message, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal activists would be taking out a protest rally from PVS circle here on June 16 at 3 pm.
