Udupi : KJP leader and its Publicity Committee President V Dhananjaya Kumar has said that there was no question of neither him nor his leader Yeddyurappa drifting towards the BJP again.
Speaking to reporters here on March 22, Friday, Dhananjaya Kumar said the party expects more leaders to join it in the days to come.
Continuing, Dhananjaya said the KJP was sure to be able to form a government on its own after the next elections. He also stated that the KJP which has already selected candidates for 69 constituencies, will shortly finalise candidates for all the remaining constituencies very soon.
He said the appointment of Prahlad Joshi as Karnataka BJP President has led to dissidence in the party and that not all are happy with it.
He also said the former CM DV Sadananda Gowda was the most affected as he was the one who eyed the post.
On the BJP debacle in the assembly elections, he said senior leader Ananth Kumar was to be blamed for the same.
Party leaders Ashok Shetty, Madhuker Mudradi, Dinaker and others were present.
