Udupi: The court has issued non-bailable arrest warrant against Raghavendra Bhat and Shrinivas Bhat in the most sensational Bhaskar Shetty murder case, on Wednesday.

As per the court orders all the five accused had to appear in the court. Rajeshwari Shetty, Navneet Shaetty and Niranjan Bhat who are in judicial custody were produced before the court by the police.

Shrinivas Bhat and Raghavendra Bhat who were out on bail failed to appear before the court. The judicial custody of Rajeshwari, Navneet and Niranjan Bhat has been extended till end of November. Further the court issued non-bailable arrest warrant against Shrinivas Bhat and Raghavendra Bhat for not appearing in the court.

Along with these developments the bail plea hearing of Rajeshwari Shetty has been post poned to November 23 as the judge Shivashankar Amarannavar has transferred from Udupi court.
