Mangaluru: “Saptha Kshetra Pancha Theertha Ratha Yathre which is going to held by Netravati Rakshana Samyukta Vedike to withdraw ongoing Yettinahole project will be against BJP leaders,” said district in-charge Minister Ramanath Rai.
Speaking to the media personnel on Friday at Circuit House, he said that project was first signed by former CM Yeddiyurappa and other two BJP CMs Sadananda Gowda and Jagadeesh Shettar continued the project.
“BJP leaders are going to hold Ratha Yathre against their own leaders. BJP is known for its dual standards. BJP have to answer the people about the truth behind this,” he said.
He further said that the Ratha Yathre is being held against the state government; instead of it it should have held against BJP leaders.
Interim Congress President Ibrahim Kodijal, Mayor Harinath and others were present.
