Mangaluru: “Behaviour of district in-charge Minister Ramanath Rai and Chief Whip Ivan D’Souza was aggressive and unexpected from them. They have failed to keep up the decorum of the meeting held by CM Siddaramaiah,” said Netravati Rakshana Samyukta Vedike President Vijay Kumar Shetty.
