Mangalore : After the delicious food varieties from Rajasthan and Lucknow, the Hotel Ocean Pearl will now host a special festival of evening snacks, called Kudla da Ruchi, in Sagar Ratna from May 13.
Addressing the media persons on the occasion, Mr. Nagarajan J. Udupa, the vice president of Sagar Ratna Hotels Pvt. Ltd., said that the festival will enhance the popularity of Sagar Ratna.
He also said that a wide range of delicacies will be displayed at the festival daily from 3:00 p.m. at Sagar Ratna. The aim of the festival is to promote the culture of eating out on evenings, he added.
The festival will feature a wide range of dosas and snacks containing ingredients such as cucumber, coriander, palak, capsicum, banana, pineapple, and so on.
The festival will serve the special Spring Onion Dosa, Ocean Pearl Dosa, Ragi Rotti, and Akki Rotti. The public can view delicacies such as Moong Dal Usli, Semiya Bhath, Banana Bonda, Biscuit Rotti, Pathrode, Moode with Thovve, Kottige, Semige with Coconut Milk, Cutlet, Goli Baje, Banana Podi, Capsicum Podi, Gulla Podi, Sajjige Bajil, and Awalakki Kadle.
