Mangaluru : The Excise officials under directions from deputy commissioner of Excise, Dakshina Kannada and guidance from Excise superintendent and deputy superintendent. conducted raids in the areas of the south zone 1 on October 8

The team arrested Allen, Vivek, Amritha Vas, Sachin, Rohan and Nabha on charges of consumption of the drugs and confiscated 150 grams of MDMA drugs, 100 grams ganja and a two-wheeler.

Excise inspector Seema and sub-inspectors Prathibha G, Kamala H N along with staff Santhosh Kumar, Sunil Byndoor, Umesh H, Kumar, Vinita, Sandeep Kumar and Manmohan of the Mangaluru south zone conducted raids.

The officials also registered over seven cases against the accused in this connection.
