Mangalore : P B D’Sa social activist as well as the president of Dakshina Kannada unit of People’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) has been unanimously elected as the president of State Executive Committee of PUCL for 2010-12.
Bangalore’s Prof  Hasan Mansoor is the patron of the State Executive Committee.
The committee even consists of four new Vice-Presidents such as Suresh Bhat Bakrabail, BV Seetharam, E Rati Rao, and TR Krishnappa.
V Lakshminarayana is elected as new General Secretary, while Sarjashankar Haralimata, Arati Chokshi, and Kabeer have been selected as Secretaries and N Divakar as treasurer.
Further PB D’Sa and Lakshminarayana are also nominated to the Ex-Officio of national council of PUCL.
