Mangalore: The Chief Executive Officer of DK Dt. Panchayat, P Shivashanker is transferred as Director of Employment Guarantee scheme, to Bangalore  today (May 6, Friday).
He was DK ZP CEO since 15-10-2008.
MCC Commissioner Dr. K N Vijaya Prakash may hold charge as DK ZP CEO. There are several aspirants like JR Lobo for this post, sources said. But no successor has been announced so far.
A farewell programme is being planned for Shivashanker at the Urwa Store premises of DK ZP, at 3pm as on May9, next Monday.
