Mangalore: Having last his ministership, suspended as MLA for several weeks, wrongly accused of watching pornshows on a mobile phone stealthily in the Vidhana Sabha when it was discussing  drought conditions and dried up riverbeds, sidelined by BJP as incharge of DK, cutting a sorry figure and losing his position, MLA Krishna Palemar, connected with colleges and building houses, is livid with rage against those who detracted him on false routes of propaganda in Television channels and newspapers.

He was acquitted of the charges made against him in Vidhan Sabha and restored the MLAship of Suratkal.

Presently, he has filed a legal complaint in the Junior Magistrate First class(JMFC) second court, against the Bangalore based Suvarna TV Kannada news, Channel.

The Cameraman, who took the pictures inside the visitors gallery on that day was called and warned by a city court a few weeks ago.

The Palemar complaint stated that an offence had been committed in violation of the I.T. Act, in the name of ‘sting’ journalism, by filing mala fide reports, and showing some porn show clippings in the TV Channels in a hurry, without thinking twice. 12 person were named as accused or defendants in the defamation case.

Palemar explained that he suffered a lot under allegations that were disproved during enquiry. He demanded Justice against character-assassins in TV.

Advocate P. Hegde is pleading his case.

The court asked the Bunder police to file a criminal case against the Suvarna TV Channel.
