Ullal: A peace keeping meeting was organised at Ullal in the leadership of DCP Shantharaju in the presence of the leaders of both community.

“Communal harmony is still present in Ullal and surrounding areas. Only ten people among thousand are trying to disrupt the peace in society. Police department is ready to curb such forces. Suspected will be taken to custody and the accused will be arrested soon,” said Shantharaju.

He sought help of local people to find out the culprits of series of attacks.

Ullal Darga Haji Rasheed, U T Ilyas, Mogaveera community leaders Bharath, Sadanada Bangera, Shankar, Municipal Council President Hussain Kunhimonu, Ismail Podimonu and others were present.
