Manipal: Philips Innovation Campus, a global leader in health technology, inaugurated their HealthSuite Insights Lab at the School of information Sciences (SIOS),Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) on Tuesday. The lab will support the advancing adoption of analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) in key healthcare domains. HealthSuite Insights gives data scientists, software developers, clinicians and healthcare providers’ access to advanced analytic capabilities to curate and analyze healthcare data and offers them tools and technologies to build, maintain, deploy and scale AI-based solutions.

For the students/researchers/clinicians of MAHE, this would prove to be a great learning platform and help them deep dive into their research on healthcare.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Srinivas Prasad, CEO-Philips Innovation Campus said, “It is a momentous occasion in the 15-year long collaboration between Philips and Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Today, we are deploying the Philips AI based platform HealthSuite Insights which will enable students, clinicians and researchers to bring all the relevant information together, curate the data and use the power of AI to gain insights that can aid right clinical decision and help in improving the efficiency of different departments in a hospital.

This platform is suitable for doctors, healthcare providers, hospitals and helps increase their efficiency, productivity, and quality of clinical decisions. It is the first of its kind in the country”.
