Udupi : In relate to the Shakuntala murder case, a resident of Kemmannu took place on June 25, the Udupi police have arrested victim’s cousin Harish, who resides at Uppoor and Santosh resident of Heroor on June 30, Saturday.

Reportedly, arrested Santhosh is wanted by the police in connection with other criminal cases.

The police caught the duo at Santhekatte. Though the motive behind the murder is not known, the police had earlier started the interrogation with theft case, but nothing was found wrong in victim’s residence.

Deceased Shakuntala body was found by her daughter in her bedroom on June 25.
