Mangalore : Two persons have been arrested in connection with thecase of the murder of Anjana, Assistant Manager in Syndicate Bank.Police are on the lookout for another accused. Anjana who worked inthe Katipalla branch of Syndicate Bank was found unconscious in ahouse at Bejai Kapikad on Wednesday night and later died in thehospital.

The house where she died was rented out to one Ravi by Dolphy D’Souza.Ravi stayed in the house along with his friend Mahesh who was reportedly having an affair with Anjana.

Police have arrested Ravi and another person whose identity is notknown. The search for Mahesh, a man hailing from North India is still on.

With the bag, chain and mobile phone of Anjana missing, police also suspect it may be a murder for gain.

Anjana who had joined work at Syndicate Bank just eight months ago, stayed in the bank quarters at Gandhinagar  along with her mother.
