Mangaluru : Police arrested a person after a video being circulated in social media, wherein certain objectional words were used against CM of Karnataka and others today.

As per Complaint by Suhan Alva, S/o Santhosh kumar Alva, Vaidyanath nagar, Attavar, Mangaluru Accused Anil Kumar, age – 34 yrs, S/o Manjappa, Ajjarani village, Sisri Taluk, Uttara Kannada District, presently residing in a rental house in Surathkal limits had uploaded a objectional video on social media CM of Karnataka today.

Accused Anil Kumar who working as a cab driver staying a rented house at Surathkal since last 12 years and he was trying to get his name added in Ration Card here locally in Mangalore to get benefit of various government schemes, however, due to server problem and other issues, he was unable to do so for last 3 months.

Frustrated, he made the said video and uploaded it on social media today. He has been taken to police custody, a case has been registered and investigation taken up.
