Mangaluru : City police commissioner Dr Harsha won the hearts of Tuluvas after he wished citizens of Mangaluru a happy Diwali in a Tulu.

Taking to twitter Harsha wrote, “Every year I celebrate the festival of light with my family. But this time, assuming Kudla (Mangaluru) is my home, Mangalureans are my family. I am celebrating the festival here. May this Diwali bring the light in your life, a very happy Diwali to all Mangaluru citizens.”
