Mangaluru: The police team lead by ACP Thilakchandra conducted search operations in the house of of Yuva Brigade leader, Naresh Shenoy at V.T. road on Thursday, in connection to the murder case of RTI activist Vinayak Panduranga Baliga.

The police team consisting of SI of Kadri and Barke police stations searched the house for nearly an hour.

During the search Naresh Shenoy was not present in the house, only his mother was there. The culprits of the case, Vineeth Poojary and Nishith Devadiga’s police custody period was over.

They were produced before court by Barke police on Thursday and were sent to judicial custody.
