Mangaluru :  The police personnel in various police station limits were handed over recovered valuables to their rightful owners at a function held in the city under the aegis of the City Police Commissionerate on November 25, Thursday.

Valuables worth Rs 2.9 crores were handed over to their owners on the occasion. The returned valuables included jewellery, vehicles, mobile phones and laptops among other things.

Deputy Commissioner Dr K V Rajendra, City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar, DCP Hariram Shanker and  others were present.
