Kasargod: Kasargod police have arrested a man who is accused in over 40 cases which includes sexual harassment and illegal liquor trafficking.

Sheikh Kamil (34) of Vidyanagar Chalakunnu is the arrested accused. Police had issued an look out notice on him, as he had absconded from past. Police had information that he had flew to Dubai, and as soon as he returned back to India he was arrested at Mumbai airport.

It is reported that he was involved in a illegal liquor trafficking. In one of the cases police had seized 4800 sachets of liquor from a carat Poinachi Paramba on November 6, 2008. In another case 7000 sachets of liquor was seized from a Mahindra Bolero on August 6, 2007 at Vidyanagar.

He was also involved in an attack on a youth which took place on November 13, 2009. A lady had filed complaint against him of abduction and harassment.
