Manjeshwara : Manjeshwara police have arrested three people for taking loan from Majibail Co-Operative bank using fake jewellary as surety.

Lakshmi (35) wife of Chakresh Acharya who works as Appraiser at the bank, Rajesh (34) of Moodambailu and Neelesh of Udhyavara are the arrested persons.

Seven people including these three took Rs 46 lakh loan from the Majibail Co-Operative bank by pawning artificial jewellary as surety.

Lakshmi was produced in front of court on Wednesday and court has ordered to keep her in remand. Apolice have informed that other two will be produced to the court soon.
