Mangalore : The Pragathi Cooperative Society inaugurated its renovated office in Kulshekar on Nov 22, Monday.
Speaking after inaugurating the event at convention hall Alan C. A. Pereira, the retired chairman of the Bank of Maharashtra, that there is necessary to create awareness in rural people of having accounts in banks and in cooperative societies said.
Delivering the benedictory speech on the occasion, Fr. Valerian Pinto, Parish priest of Kulshekar said that Pragathi Cooperative Society doing success with the hard work of its staff, administrators, and customers.
Eric Ozerio, Mandd Sobhann gurkar, was the chief guest of the occasion. Roy Castelino, the president of the society, welcome the gathering. Vivian D’Souza, the vice president, delivered the vote of thanks.
P. M. Castelino, the founder president of Pragathi Cooperative Society, Jossy Sequeira, Joseph D’Silva, Lancy Rego, Vinnie D’Souza, and Neema Sequeira were present.
