Kasargod : The Private Bus Operators in the district will go on indefinite stir from May 5, demanding to hike the ticket fare from Rs 6 to Rs 10.

The Bus operators in a release said that they are finding difficult to run the buses in the existing ticket fare, since they have to pay the tax, salary to the employees and increasing fuel price.

They also submitted a memorandum to the Government increase the student bus pass concession fee too.
