Mangalore: The students of St. Joseph’s college have pledged to save life and are conducting a ‘Pro-Life’ exhibition Called ‘Celebrate Life from Sunday April 15 to Thursday April 19, for the first time here.
The local college is co-ordinating with Bangalore Pro-Life in this venture.
Pro-life is a choice in favour of life, made by an individual. It is against all that harms life. The exhibition inaugurated by director of SJEC, Fr. Valerian D’Souza, is going on well. It is touching lives.
It insists on a need to value one’s life(against suicide), as also lives of other people at large. The exhibition shows various stages of life from birth of man.
There is ‘anti-life’ stall which deals with death mercy killing, porn addiction, infanticide, and suicide.
The culture of death stall refers to smoking, drugs intake, drinking liquors etc.,There are stalls for Population explosion and Abortion, harmful myths that affect Pro-Life.
The exhibition is from 1PM to 6PM till Thursday(April 19).
