Udupi: The mega Vishwakarma Community convention due on Feb.5 at Royal Garden maidan, near Kalsanka here for Vishwa Karmana Yajna, received massive loads of offerings in the forms of coconuts, vegetables, flowers and other materials, to conduct the fire sacrifice and the processions were held on coastal routes Karnataka, with a bike rally and loads of offerings with a great fanfare.

The usual dancers and artists participated in the mile long procession, in which jewelers of D.K – Udupi districts joined. Association president Alevoor Yogish Acharya inaugurated the event.

Necessary Vehicles-parking arrangements have been done by office-bearers, at Ajjarakadu and other open places.

The conference site is now resounding with music from bandsets and Nagaswara. Thousands of families are expected to reach the venue on Sunday morning.
