Mangalore:M Karunaker Shetty, Convenor of Bunts Hostel has said that a massive protest would be staged  very soon in protest against the injustice done by the BJP to Kundapur MLA Halady Srinivas Shetty by depriving him of a cabinet berth.

Speaking to reporters in Mangalore, Shetty said  the Bunt community strongly condemned the manner in which the MLA was offended after dropping his name from the ministers’ list in the last minute. He also chose to blame Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat for the same.

At the same time, he refuted charges that the Bunt community was unhappy with Kota Srinivas Poojari being selected as a minister and said they were only against the injustice done to a Bunt community leader
