Udupi : Shreyas Shetty(17) a student of PUC  in  Vidyodaya College, Udupi Committed Suicide at his home in Karaje village near Brahmavar  on Thursday .

He made use of a native rifle to shoot himself to death, for failing in his final examination. His parents were in distress.

The Brahmavar  Police  visited the site and collected the details of suicide to register a case.

The boy had promised to do better in his latest examination but had not done so. He took in his own life soon after the Diwali festival.
