Mangaloer : A conference on Present Human Rights Situation in India and Fate of Democracy to be organised by the PUCL will be held at Bishop Jattanna Hall on September 14, Saturday.
Several PUCL leaders including national president Prof Prabhakar Sinha, vice-presidents Dr Binayak Sen, Ravi Kiran Jain and Sanjay Parikh and general secretary Dr V Suresh will participate.
Informing this to reporters, PB D’Sa, State unit President of the PUCL said the meeting will discuss several pressing issues pertaining to human rights, He said PUCL has been trying to provide a platform for all groups including parties to work for the cause of human rights.
