Puttur: Police have arrested four persons from a gambling place at Survey village of Puttur taluk on October 12th.

Ibrahim (47), Mohammed Hanif (44), Mahmud Kunzuni (45), and Qasim (42) were arrested and seized 5,980 cash, an autorickshaw, and 4 motorcycles.

According to credible information, the police raided at a nearby hill, which a group of people gathered and were playing card games.

The raid was carried out by SI and staff of the Puttur Rural Station at noon.

A case has been registered against the accused under the 87 KP Act.
