Puttur: Four taluka were selected by BJP government in state to bring a civilian character into force as on March 1st and Puttur taluka in DK district is one where the rules are bounded by transparency and time limits in carrying out administration duties and civilians have a right to question every delay and make the bureaucrats pay for their sins.
The process relates to people’s rights and Govt employees duties conduct administration in proper length of time as per rules and regulations evolved.
To do so systematically the state had brought a set of rules to ensure civil services bureaucracy in proper time said city MLA N. Yogish Bhat Who inaugurated the pilot scheme in Puttur.
He unveiled a civilian charter to see that e-administration succeeded from a GP to Chief Secretary in Vidhana Soudha. The charter was a total success in Bihar, which changed its backwards culture. Here CM Sadananda Gowda has created a way to benefit common people, Bhat said.
MP Nalin Kumar inaugurated the meeting. People no longer had wait to get things it was their right now the MP explained.
