Mangaluru: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh promised a delegation of BJP MP Shobha Karadaje, D V Sadananda Gowda and Former CM BS Yedyurappa from Karnataka that he would study whether the National Investigating Agency (NIA) can take over the probe into Dakshina Kannada communal violence.

The BJP ministers also urged the home minister to organizations such as, Karnataka for Democracy and Popular Front of India stating that these organizations have a key role in the killing of RSS workers and flaring up communal incidents in the district.
