Mangalore : The Karnataka Rakshana Vedike organized a protest in front of the DC office in Mangalore on October 28, Sunday to condemn the statements made by two state ministers Umesh Katti and Anand Asnotikar, which the Vedike said was against the interests of the state.
Mohandas Pai, District President of the Vedike said the Vedike strongly objected the recent statement of Katti asking to carve out a separate state for northern Karnataka and Asnotikar who demanded merger of Karwar with Goa.
