Bangalore : B Sriramulu led BSR Congress on Thursday released its first list of 25 candidates for the Assembly polls.

The list was finalised at a meeting of party leaders in Bellary. The list covers major constituencies in Belgaum, Gulbarga and Raichur, besides some segments of Tumkur, Bangalore and Mandya districts.

According to the list, cine actress Rakshitha will be contesting from Rajajeshwarinagar, Bangalore and former chairman of Karnataka Backward Classes Commission C S Dwarakanath from Bytarayanapura, Bangalore.-DH News
