Mangalore : The Rama Sene members, staged a protest at KSRTC bus stand Bejai on Monday November 4, against the rate of increase in bus fare during the festive season.  

Protesters demanded to introduces more buses on the Mangalore-Bangalore routes in the festive season. We do not agree with the rate hike to the bus passengers.

Prasad Attavar Rama Sene president said, KSRTC supposed to be advantage of Passengers. Special Offer should be given to the festival, to encourage passengers, and should be given more buses, he said.

A memorandum was submitted to KSRTC authority, Barke police soon arrived the spot.
