Mangalore: An underground rowdy Rasheed Malbari who was a part of Indian Mujahideen and was involved a number of crimes earlier and imprisoned since 2009 in 3 cases as been granted bail in one of the cases only by the district court in Mangalore.

It may be noted that Malbari has already spend 53 months in jail  and has 7 more months to go to complete his jail sentence, in a case of carrying dangerous ammunition and weapons in connection with 2 other criminal cases.

The police have not let Rashid free, as his fate has not been decided upon by the relevant courts in Mangalore or elsewhere about 2 other pending cases. So Rashid Malbari a notorious criminal from Kerala will have to remain in Police custody for some more time.
