Mangalore : The Rashi Team has made all the spade work and set the stage nature lovers to enjoy and get involved in the three developed outstanding properties namely Guhantara, Aadi and Jhari, said S N Ramesh, ececutive director of Rashi.
Speaking at the press meet on April 23, Saturday at Morgansgate, he said that Increasingly, the younger generation is losing a feel for what natural living is, while at the same time, there has been lot of concern and activity going on in conservation of nature. Keeping these things in mind, the team took a pledge to propagate the cause of preserving nature by adopting the concept of eco-tourism.
He also said that, the team has carried this out by judiciously blending ideology and creativity, and developed three unique properties for nature lovers to savour and enjoy.
Speaking about the project Guhantara, Ramesh said that it is an underground cave resort. It is a clearly defined eco-concept or green building and has enjoyed immense success. The second project by the team Rashi, Jhari, meaning a flowing stream of water, located in Chikamagalur, against the bewitching backdrop of Mullayanagiri on Kemmannugundi Road. It is has thick forest, greenery and natural habitat for company and is an ideal retreat for natural lovers who seek rest and relaxation.
The team also looks for beautiful locales of Coastal region of Karanataka which is less explored in tourism sector in compared to other coastal states of India, he added.
